1. 用途use：

本机为20头自动冲瓶（吹尘）、灌装封（压）盖机，适用于各种食用油、果蔬酱、调味酱、颗粒饮料、或果汁等酱类、低泡沫液体物料的定量灌装与封口。。本机具有灌装缸液位和进料自动连锁控制，风道输送进瓶，有瓶自动开阀，无瓶不灌装的功能。

This machine, which has 20 heads, is an automatically washing（blowing dust）, filling and capping machine. It could be applicable fix quantify filling and capping of all kinds of edible oil, garden spgarden stuff catsup, bechamel, granule drink, catsups （such as juice） and lowness foam liquid material. Its function is followed: automatically control the liquid level of filling jar and feeding, feed bottles by air conveyer, automatically open valve if there are bottles, do not fill if there aren’t bottles.

本机设计合理，结构紧凑，操作维修方便。主机采用变频调速，运行平稳可靠。与物料接触的零部件和外观零件均采用优质不锈钢制造。经更换几个零件后可适应多种规格PET瓶的定量灌装。

Its characteristics are rational design, compact conformation and convenience operation and maintenance. Main machine is adopted frequency speed control, it runs placidity and credibility. Material of limb contacted with the material and appearance accessory is high quality stainless steel. After exchanging several accessory, it is used different kinds of PET bottle’s fix quality filling.

整机操作采用*的触摸屏控制，可实现人机对话操作。控制系统具有生产速度控制、故障自动停机及产量计数等功能；
