● 粉碎辊间隙采用前后轮偏心式调节，辊轮中心调节灵敏 、简单。

● 喷淋、清洗装置设计合理，冲洗*，与物料接触部分均采用不锈钢材料，符合啤酒生产卫生及工艺要求。

DSF大米粉碎调浆机工作原理 Technology Principle
由供料辊输入的大米通过相对旋转的两粉碎辊时，受到挤压、剪切和搓撕作用，使大米粉碎。正确地调整两粉碎辊的间隙，即可使粉碎度达到工艺要求。粉碎后的大米经水温自动调节系统供给适合工艺要求的水，经调浆泵搅拌成料浆，并进入下道工序
