间歇式热风循环单层烘干机是我厂专为香瓜子（焦糖）、花生、树坚果等需要较长烘干时间的坚果、瓜子而设计的。该烘干机为间歇式烘干，采用热风循环单层结构，的推拉式热风循环利用系统，具有节能降耗、热交换率高、干燥快、脱水均匀、烘干时间及温度可控范围大、潮气集中排放、有效改善工作环境的优点。

主要特点Main features

1、热风循环利用。将烘干过程中产生的约50℃-80℃的热空气进行再次加热干燥，循环利用，热风加热到90℃只需要加热10℃-40℃，温升差小，因此能耗低，要比普通烘干机节能很多，并且不受环境因素影响；

 4、安全联锁装置。燃气低压联锁、高温保护联锁、火焰检测等安全联锁装置，使设备运行更加安全可靠，尾气排放更洁净。

烘干时间、温度由客户根据不同的工艺，品种自行设定，调整。
