天然气直燃双侧热风循环网带式干燥机，是我公司自创研发成功的一款新型天然气直燃式加热的坚果炒货干燥机。近几年，结合我国坚果炒货干燥的特点，与国外品牌加热器公司共同合作、不断改进，使这款干燥机在性能与能耗上都更优。

主要特点：Main features

1、气流分布合理，温度均匀。采用双侧进风，热风从箱体左右两端吹入，使物料均匀脱水，多层设计，物料翻转达到物料脱水速率相同的目的，脱水均匀度更好；

2、热风循环利用。低能耗，有效降低设备运行成本；

6、燃烧尾气纯净。生产瓜子样品检测二氧化硫几无残留，保证干燥食品质量；

7、升温快。从室温升至120℃只需要3-4分钟；热补偿快，有利于干燥过程中对温度的调整；预热时间短，有效解决淡季生产高成本的问题；

8、温度控制精准。实际生产温度与设定温度间几乎；

9、设备设有安全联锁装置。燃气低压联锁、高温保护联锁、火焰检测等安全联锁装置，使设备运行更加安全可靠；

10、本设备为导热油、天然气两用型。客户如将热源由导热油更换为天然气直燃，只需加装燃气装置即可，过程方便快捷 ，为客户以后导热油转天然气做好准备。
