采用箱式一体化式设计、根据工艺设计，功率可调分布设计，梯度功率密度设计，符合工艺要求，PlC触摸屏设计，多种参数设置，PLC程序控制，触摸屏操作，视频监控随时掌控物料状况，可实现自动化控制，操作简单可靠，自动进出料设计，微波解冻穿透深度好，内设转盘，解冻均匀，解冻不化冻，不流血水，基本无肉损；解冻时间短，整个过程仅需10-20分钟；解冻颜色好，不改变肉制品原有颜色；设备运行无需耗材，运行成本低，无废废物排放，占地面积小、使用方便。该设备主要针对进口冷冻箱式带包装的冷冻水果、冷冻草莓、冷冻果酱、果泥、蔬菜泥，冷冻牛肉、冷冻羊肉、冷冻猪肉、冷冻鸡肉、冷冻海产品、冷冻鸡肉，冷冻肉制品、及冷冻鱼、冷冻鱿鱼，冷冻毛肚制品，冷冻肉皮的解冻整个过程仅需10-20分钟。
