Air blast freezer

搁架平板速冻机采用吹风和接触双效冻结方式快速冻结产品，适用于水产，果蔬，面食，分割肉等食品的快速冻结。

结构特点：

n 库体高强度预埋框架，整体高密度聚氨酯发泡

n 吹风和接触双效冻结，冻结效率高

n 挤压异型铝合金搁架板蒸发器，换热面积大，导热性好

n 轴流冷风机充分实现空气对流

n 内外全不锈钢库体，卫生易清洁

Blowing air and contact products with plates are two ways air blast freezer adopts to quickly freeze products. It is suitable for seafood, fruits and vegetables, pastry, meat, etc.
