流化床

Fluidization freezer

流化床速冻机是通过机械振动和风压使产品在不锈钢网带上浮动运行，从而实现单体快速冻结，防止粘连。

主要适用于蔬菜，水果等颗粒，片状，块状食品的快速冻结。结构上分一段式流化床，两段式流化床，四连杆式流化床，视产品而选型。冻结量可在500kg/h~5000kg/h。

结构特点：

n 不锈钢离心风机，保证额定风量和风压

n 宽大的铝合金蒸发器迎风面和变片距设计，延长结霜时间

n 进料口配有网带清洗和吹干装置

n 全自动控制系统和变频技术，无级调节网带运行速度

n 内部所有构件全部采用不锈钢材料，便于清洗和维护

Fluidization freezer freezes products by vibration and air pressure which make products float on the stainless steel belt and avoid sticking.

It is suitable for freezing vegetales, fruits, flake, granular products, etc. Freezing capacity is between 500kg/h~5000kg/h.

Main features:

n SS centrifugal fans ensure the air volume and air pressure.

n Large area aluminum alloy evaporator, adjustable fin pitch, prolong defrosting time.

n The inlet frame is equipped with washing and drying device.

n Automatical control system. Stepless speed adjustment by inventer.

n All inside spare parts are stainless steel materials and good for cleaning and maintaining.

产品适用于蔬菜、水果、海鲜、禽肉、面食、乳制品等食品的快速单体冻结。

It is widely used in freezing vegetables, fruits, seafood, poultry, pastry, diary foods or other products.
