工艺流程 Technological Process
无菌水通过自动流量阀进入板式热换器,在进入脱气塔之前,无菌水经过板式热换器的热回收预加热至72℃,用户所要求的进入无菌水的流量在进入板式热换器前通过控制柜设定并且自动控制,水在脱气塔的顶部进行分流,按照与置换气体逆向流动的要求从上往下流,置换气体从气塔的底部喷射进塔内,被脱出的空气(主要是氧气)通过脱气塔顶部的排气排向大气,脱氧后的无菌水从脱气塔底部通过泵送至板式换热器的冷却并达到所要求的温度,为了保证泵不至于吸空,在脱气塔的底部设有液位控制以保持脱气塔底部具有一定的液位,zui终的脱氧水的碳酸化是通过将二氧化碳喷射进冷却段脱氧水的进口实现的,zui终的成品脱氧水通过换向阀被泵送到脱氧水储罐。
Sterilized water enter into broad-type heat interchanger through automatic flux valve, before entering into the degassing tower, sterilized water recycled by heat interchanger and preheat to 72℃, the sterilized water flux which users require will controlled automatically by controlling cabinet before entering the broad-type heat interchanger, the water will diffluent in the degassing tower crown, flow from the top down according to the converse flowing requirement, the exchanging gas will sprayed into the gas tower from its base, and the emersion air (mainly is oxygen) will exclude to the atmosphere through the degassing tower coping. The sterilized water will enter the broad-type heat interchanger to refrigerate through the pump in the degassing tower base, and approach the require temperature, in order to ensure the pump not to be attracted empty, liquid level fixed in the degassing tower base to maintain some certain liquid level in the degassing tower base, the final deaeration water come true its carbonation through spraying the CO2 into the refrigeration period, the inlet of deaeration water, the ultimate finished product will sent to the deaeration water storage bottle through turning valve.
