XT-125 Automatic boxing machine (for ointment)

主要技术参数:
该设备主要用于软膏类药瓶（铝瓶及塑料瓶）的自动装盒机。该机自动完成说明的折叠，纸盒成型自动打开形成软膏药瓶的自动装盒，三者同事统一完成动作的功能，并能在盒端自动打印批号。变频调速，采用PLC自动控制、人机&界面操作系统，自动显示装盒速度及计数。规定范围内可实现多规格装盒且不需要更换零配件。设备还设有自动检测系统，并对不合格的产品采用定位停机并自动剔除的功能，显示屏上设有故障显示及排除方法。

Main technology parameters:
This type is used for ointment medicine bottle (aluminum bottles or plastic bottles). Fold, shaping up and opening automatically of boxes can finished sequentially and automatically, and the batch number on box end is printed automatically. It has functions such as frequency control, PLC automatically controlling, human-computer interface operation system, showing automatically boxing speed and counting.

本机广泛用于制药、食品、日化等众多领域的包装。如：制药的固体制剂（片剂、胶囊剂等）产品的泡罩装盒，膏状、乳脂、胶体产品软膏的装盒，用于西林瓶、安培瓶、注射器的托盘式的装盒，用于液体、固体药品的瓶式装盒；用于粉末和颗粒产品的袋式装盒等。食品类的各种形式的袋式装盒,各种灌装、盒装的装盒，甜品、巧克力、糖果、饼干、瓶装式酒类、冷冻制品的装盒等。日化类的膏状、乳脂、洗液、胶体产品软管或袋装式、瓶状的装盒，牙膏、肥皂制品的装盒,电灯泡、计算机软盘、胶带卷、摄影胶卷等各形式装盒。
