This is a continuous flow, air suspension, fluidized bed dryer or oven. The raw product is first fed into a horizontal rotating perforated metal cylinder. A blower forces heated air up through the perforations in the cylinder with sufficient pressure to fluidize the product flow. The high velocity of the air agitates the product and provides for very rapid and uniform heat transfer to the product. DG dry puffers offer an adjustable feed rate, residence time, air suspension pressure and temperature. This allows an aperator to opptimize product characteristics. Applications include: processing corn flakes, popcorn, starch pellets, extruded snacks, vegerables and grains; in addition to, roasting nuts and coffee beans orpastrurizing ingredients.The temperature of running can get 350℃.When running, screw drive material overturn and  transmit through screw drive, to dry material average and efficient.
