也称自净器是一种提供局部洁净工作环境的空气净化单元。自带风机，初效过滤网、送风静压箱、高效过滤器和均流板组成。是一种简单的洁净室净化送风设备。固定式分吸顶式和窗式，吸顶式自净器顶部有四个安装吊圈，用吊筋把自净器吊在房间天花板上，自净器吸入天花板上部的空气后经初效、高效过滤后送入房间，房间即可达到需要的洁净的环境，但要求房间四周墙壁、天花板及地板应密封良好，不产尘。
