球形整丸机主要用途：
        用于小丸的成型，也适用于制备膜控和骨架型缓、控释小丸，是制药、食品和化工等行业制小丸的理想设备。
Main uses
     It is ideal palletizing equipment for pharmaceutical ,foodstuff and chemical industries and can be used por shaping and coating of pellets ,as well as manufacturing of membrane-conrtoltype and skeletal-type slow-releasing pellets。
特点：
      该机由挤出头和整球装置组成，它们装于同一台面上，使得结构更为紧凑，操作方便。制丸时，将含有原料药粉和微晶纤维素、润湿剂等辅料的混合料装于挤出头料斗，经挤出丝条后再倒入整球装置整圆，在整圆过程中可通风干燥，更换网头，可制备不同粒径的球形颗粒。
Features
        It consists of an extrusion head and a pelletizing mechanism which are arranged on the same plane so as provide more compact structure and easier operation。When palletizing,the mixture of medicine powder raw material and adjuvants such as avicael ,wetting ahent,etc .is put into the hopper of the extrusion head,the extruded stripd are transferred into the palletizing process,then the pellets can be coated。By changing of nehead,pellest of different diameter can be manufactrusd。
