ZLPG中药浸膏喷雾干燥机

1、为防止物科产生粘壁设备设有空气扫壁、塔壁夹套冷却结构，有效杜绝产品的粘壁焦化。提高产品质量、收率。
　　 2、*成品风送系统，将干燥成品及时与系统内热湿空气分离，避免成品产生吸湿回潮结块的可能。
　　 3、进入干燥机的空气采用三级空气净化，使进风达到30万级要求；
　　 4、采用快开冲选装置，适用于多品种生产要求；
　　 5、物料收集采用两级旋风除尘装置或一级旋风除尘湿式除尘器；
　　 6、喷雾塔体积及配置根据物科性质作适用性调整，使之更具实用性；
　　 7、可选用PLC控制，程控系统屏幕显示；
　　 8、整个干燥系统设计制作符合GMP规范要求；
　　 9、用户在订货时根据物科特性可选择A型、B型、C型其中之一以达到设备与物科之间的*适应性。
