该产品是我公司自主研制的目前的泡豆设备,与传统泡豆工艺相比具有如下创新功能:机组采用SUS不锈钢制作,比传统自制泡豆槽或容器更安全卫生;浸泡水自动循环处理和在线检测调节系统,避免了传统浸泡水质偏酸、微生物多、蛋白质利用率低和用水浪费、污水处理难问题;自动气流定时搅拌和水循环装置,解决了人工搅拌不均影响浸泡温度和泡豆不全面的现象;板式换热器和温度自动在线监测调节控制器,克服了泡豆受季节影响大、时间长、生产效率低的缺点;机组高度集成一体化,将传统占地面积大、用人多、操作复杂、依赖经验的做法实现了工业化,降低了运营成本,提高了生产效率。
This is a state-of-the-art soybean-dipping device developed independently by our company. It features the following innovations compared to traditional soybean-dipping process: Made of SUS stainless steel, it is safer and more sanitary than traditional soybean-dipping trough or container. The dipping water automatic circulation and processing systems allows online detection and adjustment, thus solving many problems in traditional process such as relatively low pH value and high micro-orgasm concentration in the dipping water, low protein use, much water consumption and difficult waster water processing. Devices are provided for automatic regular churning of air flows and water circulation, overcoming the difficulties of unstable dipping temperature caused by uneven manual churning and incomplete dipping. Plate-type heat exchangers and automatic online temperature monitor and control devices eliminates fluctuations of dipping process in different seasons and over time, and improves productivity. The device set is highly integrated and industrialized, which means lower operation cost and higher efficiency as opposed to traditional process requiring much space and manpower, complicated operation and experience.
