二加一热水循环式杀菌锅的设计理念就是在右锅的热水在左锅没有工作完毕的情况下将热水回收到热水罐，这种设计已经被国内很多食品生产企业认可和使用。

·杀菌完毕后的热水可以都回收到热水罐内，大限度的实现了节能和效率高，降低生产成本。

·事先将水预热到杀菌所需温度，缩短杀菌时间，提高工作效率。

·两台杀菌锅同时使用一罐热水工作，比双层杀菌锅产能提高一倍。
