This drier is applicable for the mixture,grnulation and drying of powder materials.It is widely used kin the filelds of harmaceutical,foodstuff,chemical,light industries,etc and is one of the granulating drier adoped extensively in the world at present.
产品特点
所有与物料接触部件全部采用不锈钢制作。
采用硅橡胶充气密封圈密封。
采用二流式喷枪可控制颗粒大小。
混合，造粒，干燥集中在同一密闭容器内完成，运作快速、高效，并避兔粉尘飞扬，泄漏和污染。
本设备上顶·下底均为碟形封头，造型美观·风阻小，*，易清洗，洁净、符合GMP要求。

工作原理
粉状物料投入料斗密闭容器内，由干热气流的作用，使粉末悬浮呈流化状循环流动，达到均匀混合，同时喷入雾状粘结剂润湿容器内的粉末，使粉末凝聚成疏松的小颗粒，成粒的同时，由于热气流对其作高效干燥，水份不断蒸发，粉末不断凝固，此过程重复进行，形成理想的，均匀多微孔球状颗粒、干燥三个工序，即简?quot;一步制粒"。
