码垛机是将已装入的产品，按一定排列码放在托盘上，进行自动堆码，可堆码多层，然后推出，便于叉车运至仓库储存。本设备采用PLC+触摸屏控制，实现智能化操作管理，简便、易掌握。可大大地减少劳动人员和降低劳动强度。

Brief introduction:

So-called stacker crane is such one that it stacks up products that have been filled in onto tray according to sequence code automatically. It could be multilayer. After stacked up, pushes them out for the convenient of transporting into warehouse by forklift. Inligent operation is convenient and easy to grasp with the adopting of PLC and touch-screen control. It can reduce immensely workers and labor intensity.

• 纸箱供应系统采用刹车马达控制，保证按预先设定好的位置输送纸箱。
• 栈板库容量大，可容纳8-10个空栈板，可实现自动供应栈板。
• 噪音小符合中国标准噪音为75db以下。
