Due to the uncontrollability and variation of climate conditions in the real world, UV reliability testing in the lab can not only accelerate the speed of tests and replicate the aging conditions based on requirements, but also guarantee the accuracy and repeatability of the tests.

This equipment is UL certified, TUV tested in accordance with IEC 61215 and IEC61646 standards.

Configurable testing procedure (UVA, UVB can be tested individually or simultaneously)

Heat pads are applied to the heating module at the rear of the solar module to achieve IEC61646 requirement.

PID fan control mode for temperature control and temperature monitoring points are available to monitor the internal and module temperatures.

Specially-designed UV sensor can automatically extend and measure the UV light source. The interval for extension can be configured between 10min and 1hr to avoid wear-and-tear of the sensor resulting in data deviation.
‧
UV lamp can be easily replaced within 30 mins.
