UV laser machine widely used for consumer electronic products, phone parts, LCD screen, ceramic, sapphire slice, FPC soft PCB micro-pore drilling, biomedical glass groove engraving, capacitive touch screen ITO etching, It can print series number, batch number, bar code, QR code, logo and pattern on most of metal and non-metal material.
Ⅱ.Features:
1. Very high peak power and minimal thermal effect affected, ideal for drilling or cutting on the material like alumina and zirconia ceramics etc.
2. Adopts high-precision 355nm end-pump UV laser source, high quality laser beam, small focusing spot, can accomplish ultra-fine marking, minimum character can reach 0.2mm;
3. UV laser generator is the cold light source, the thermal affected is very weak during the laser cutting and marking, very suitable for the sensitive material.
