JDP-8型聪明盖全自动加垫片机

本机通过风送和皮带输送相结合完成自动理盖，然后被带间隔的链条输送到加垫位置，气、电控制的机械手完成取垫、送垫和加垫功
能。设有8组加垫仓，操作人员只需将整理齐整的垫加到垫仓即可，采用气动装置送垫，力量均匀。操作简单，自动化程度高。与聪明盖和垫片
接触部位使用不锈钢材料符合相关要求。

This machine is automatic finish cap sorter by wind feeding and belt conveying, then the cap transported to the position of liner by the 
chain with separator. Using the robot to finish the function of picking, delivering and loading the   liner which is controlled by high accuracy 
air and electric, There are 8 groups storage bins for liners, so the operator can load the liners into the storage bins. By using air conveying 
design for delivering the liners, This machine is simple operate and high automatic, using the stainless steel material to fit the food sanitation 
requirement.
