开启皮带速度稳定后,按开始键,跑完后返回。Open the belt speed is stable, press the start button, after the run back.
自动零点校准:运行皮带速度稳定后,按启动按钮,时间为零,按更改。 新零将自动进入仪器,然后返回运行一次。

链码标定:
链码是由若干质量接近的滚轮用链板连起来的一条金属链子。试验校准时,把它放在以皮带秤称重段为中心的皮带上,一端固定。当输送机运转时,链码应在皮带上原地滚动,模拟物料在皮带上的流动,要求链码的长度要*覆盖计量段的长度,否则会造成皮带秤的计量偏大。
启动输送机,查看链码在滚动时是否跑偏,如果跑偏停机后重新调整,也可将跑偏的一头用铁丝拉住,直到合乎要求为止。
链码标定的关键是量准皮带长度。否则影响日常使用计量精度

Chain code calibration:

皮带秤链码校验是模拟实物校验的一种方式,毕竟和实际下料存在皮带张力,震动等等因素的误差。为了减小这样的误差我们可以修改间隔值来弥补。

称重传感器安装示意图:
更换传感器时一定不要装反,如图所示。装好后,要拉线找平,由于初安装时前三后三托辊已经找平过了,所以此时只要拉秤架托辊前一后一即可。拉杆和皮带之间要有3—4cm的间隙,防止皮带跳动碰到拉杆造成计量误差。更换完后要对仪表重新校验。
