The 3/5 gallons PC bucketed water production line may make 120 buckets/hr to 1,500 buckets/hr. The production line equipment consists of cap pulling machine, outside printer, internal washing

machine, lye heating circulation system, automatic filling & capping system, conveyor, shrink cap machine, bagging machine, and so forth. This production line achieve perfectly a series of processes, including pulling caps without damage, all-round spraying of the outer bucket wall with lye for scrubbing, inserting the high-pressure rotary nozzle, and striking type lye inner washing. The professional rotating water spray nozzle allow disinfection solution and bacteria free water to evenly wash every corner of the bucket wall. Its high pressure filling together with low-vacuum liquid return & gas return increase its filling rate, thus capping firmly in position with large diameter cylinder. The adjustable speed motor drives the stainless steel chain plates to smoothly convey, with mechanical pneumatic grab for lifting the bagging. The production line is comprised of a multistep return water tank, temperature control type lye heating device, signal tracking for empty bucket, the pump time-shared control for start and stop. It saves water, electricity, and workforce. The entire line operates at low noise and in low energy consumption, with a high performance price ratio.
