本生产线由全自动理瓶机、灌装旋（轧）盖机组成，可完成自动理瓶、自动送瓶、自动灌装、自动吸管压盖、自动透明外盖、自动旋盖等工序，主要用于喷雾剂溶液的联线生产.，本生产线设计合理、运行稳定可靠、易于维护、操作简单，*符合GMP要求。可定制多头灌装和多头旋盖。

理瓶机系设计，*取代手工，符合GMP规范。   

直线式灌装旋（轧）盖机操作便捷、灌装精准、可选择不同的生产速度。 

所有电器元件均采用。本机操作直观方便，无瓶不灌装，计量精准，无瓶不上盖。

上盖定位装置，保证喷头塑料管过长或弯曲时也能准确进入瓶口。
