一)技术要求
1. 弯沉测量范围:0-10mm
2. 测量精度:±0.01mm
3. 贝克曼梁总长:5.4m
4. 杠杆比:2:1
5.主要零部件材料要求:
(1)铝探测梁和测头采用铸铝,符合ZL401GB1173-74《铸铝合金的机械性能》。
(2)中轴套采用45号钢GB699-65《优质碳素结构钢》。
6.装配要求:前后杠杆连接平整、牢固,不得有松动现象,整个长度范围内,不平整度各方面均应小于2mm
7.外观要求:仪器颜色为橘红色,以利反光,避免温度影响,涂漆表面应平整,色泽均匀,漆层不得有漏涂,起皱,划伤和脱落,百分表架应电镀,电镀件镀层不得有斑痕,气泡露底和划伤现象。

5main parts material requirements:
