缓冲器

聚氨酯的物理性能：        

     聚氨酯是起重机、塔吊、装卸机、电梯、矿车运行*限位置或发生碰撞所需的防撞装置，它能迅速地将冲击势能转化为弹性势能，是电梯、起重机等大型笨重机械极限位置的安全装置。 聚氨酯以电梯为例：当电梯超越底层或顶层时，轿厢或对重撞击，由吸收或消耗电梯的能量，从而使轿厢或对重安全减速至停止。国内生产的起重设备中，绝大部分使用的是橡胶式，弹簧式和液压式。    弹簧式的使用率较高，这种制造，安装都比较麻烦，成本高，并且在起缓冲作用时对吊车的反弹冲击较大，对设备和操作者都不利。    液压式虽然可以克服弹簧式反弹冲击的缺点，但造价太高，且液压管路易泄漏，易出故障，维修量大。    橡胶式具有抗冲击，抗压性能弱，使用寿命短的缺点。    因此较发达国家近年来大都采用新工艺生产聚氨酯类，这种克服了三种老式的主要缺点，工作是对吊车几乎没有反弹冲击，单位体积的冲击容量大，安装非常简单，不用维修，抗老化性能优良，而且成本只有弹簧式的二分之一，比液压式更低       聚氨酯---螺柱式 法兰盘式 压板式为我厂主打产品，该产品不但可吸收大量的冲击性能,还有较高的冲击弹性,良好的抗压恢复性,良好的绝缘性,防爆性,防腐蚀性,耐热性,耐寒性,耐油性和耐老化等优异性能。
