成品箱从单（双）道输送线输入，箱体根据码垛格式的需要转箱时，从输送带进入由光电传感器及气 动控制转箱装置的滚筒输送线上时由转箱装置动作，成品箱按需要角度的完成转箱。

3、设备配有多层报警指示灯，能指示不同故障（须复位的故障、自动复位的故障、运行指示等）

4、当箱垛出现歪、倒、散现象能自动停机

5、安全防护装置在设备出现异常情况能自动停机并报警
