概述
微波干燥设备采用电磁波的原理将微波能转化为热能，使物料在受热状态下促使水份迅速蒸发。与传统加热方式相比，微波加热具有加热迅速、加热均匀、节能高效、工艺先进、安全无害等特点。设备主要由输送线、过渡端、入料口、高温区、保温区、冷却区、过渡端、出料端组成，可配置辊道或推板输送，匣钵和自动卸料等附件。
微波干燥设备的主要规格参数包括：型号为 KH-160HPTN，电源为三相五线 380±10%，微波输出频率为 2450±25MHz，额定输入视在功率为≤200KVA，微波输出功率为≥160KW（连续可调），进出料口高度为 500mm，传输带宽度为 1000mm，传输速度为 0～5m/min（变频调速），加热温度为 500-1000℃，外型尺寸（长×宽×高）约为 25000×6000×2500mm，控制方式为 PLC 控制、温控。该设备可配置辊道或推板输送，匣钵和自动卸料等附件，具有实用、性价比高、易于控制、操作方便灵活、节省时间、产量高、能源消耗少、生产强度小、占地少、环保清洁卫生等特点。
