中低浓浓重质除渣器是吸收技术基础上开发的一种新型除渣器，是一种大直径、高通过量、节能型除渣器。的结构设计可使浆料在

浆料以螺旋切线进入锥体，迅速形成稳定的涡旋，良浆从上部分离出来，尾浆在进入底部排渣装置之后，冲洗水形成涡旋使尾浆在二次分离室内进行二次分离，纤维从二次分离室中心集中回收，尾渣则从分离室底部排渣口排出，从而大大降低纤维流失，可应用于各种浆料净化系统中，用于除去浆料中的砂子、尘埃等重杂质。
