　　无害化处理，环境科学学术用语。意思是：使垃圾不再污染环境，而且可以利用，变废为宝。无害化处理是一种不以污染环境为代价的科学处理方法，有效减少因随意处理带来的污染问题。原料通过斗式提升至二次平台的高温熟化罐内，对设备进行加温加压，使物料充分搅拌，分解成粉状物料，此时的物料湿度约30%~35%，熟化完毕；熟化后的物料通过螺旋输送机进行新型预榨机内压榨脱脂；压榨后的渣饼成为有机肥，榨汁进一步处理变成生物制柴油。

无害化处理有三种处理方法;

1.填埋处理/无害化处理

　　填埋是大量消纳城市生活垃圾的有效方法，也是所有垃圾处理工艺剩余物的最终处理方法，目前，我国普遍采用直接填埋法。

　　所谓直接填埋法是将垃圾填入已预备好的坑中盖上压实，使其发生生物、物理、化学变化，分解有机物，达到减量化和无害化的目的。

　　填埋处理方法是一种的垃圾处理方法，它的特点是处理费用低，方法简单，但容易造成地下水资源的二次污染。随着城市垃圾量的增加，靠近城市的适用的填埋场地愈来愈少，开辟远距离填埋场地又大大提高了垃圾排放费用，这样高昂的费用甚至无法承受。

2.焚烧处理/无害化处理

　　焚烧法是将垃圾置于高温炉中，使其中可燃成分充分氧化的一种方法，产生的热量用于发电和供暖。美国西屋公司和奥康诺公司联合研制的垃圾转化能源系统已获成功。该系统的焚烧炉在燃烧垃圾时可将湿度达7%的垃圾变成干燥的固体进行焚烧，焚烧效率达95%以上，同时，焚烧炉表面的高温能将热能转化为蒸汽，可用于暖气、空调设备及蒸汽涡轮发电等方面.

　　焚烧处理的优点是减量效果好（焚烧后的残渣体积减少90%以上，重量减少80%以上），处理*。但是，根据美国的报道焚烧厂的建设和生产费用极为昂贵。在多数情况下，这些装备所产生的电能价值远远低于预期的销售额给当地政府留下巨额经济亏损。由于垃圾含有某些金属，焚烧具有很高的毒性，产生二次环境危害。焚烧处理要求垃圾的热值大于3.35MJ/kg，否则，必须添加助燃剂，这将

使运行费用增高到一般城市难以承受的地步。

3.堆肥处理/无害化处理

　　将生活垃圾堆积成堆，保温至70℃储存、发酵，借助垃圾中微生物分解的能力，将有机物分解成无机养分。经过堆肥处理后，生活垃圾变成卫生的、无味的腐殖质。既解决垃圾的出路，又可达到再资源化的目的，但是生活垃圾堆肥量大，养分含量低，长期使用易造成土壤板结和地下水质变坏，所以，堆肥的规模不易太大。

　　不论城市生活垃圾的填埋、焚烧或堆肥处理，都必须要有预处理。

　　该方法针对畜禽养殖场（病残动物尸体、内脏等）进行无害化处理，产生废气采用真空除臭法，将废气冷凝成水，二次废气经过喷淋，达到排放标准。
