用途：

该机适用于医药，食品，日化等行业中的松散状，无粘结性颗粒状物料并有计量要求的中小袋自动包装，如冲剂，麦片，咖啡，结晶状物料（味精，白糖，食盐等），细小丸物料（中成药，干燥剂等，更适合包装各式暖包暖袋的发热材料（铁粉，食盐，炭粉，高分子化合物等的混合物），产品如：暖包，暖袋，暖贴，暖宝宝，取暖贴，发热贴，热贴，发热包，暖足贴，暖手袋等。

Usage:

调整简单方便。成形封，横封，充填料，滚切等

执行机构均可能过人机界面进行同步调整。

充填计量精确。针对铁粉，保水剂等细颗粒混合物料，专门设计推拉工下料机构，并配以圆筒形量杯计量，更换方便。

各执行机构采用伺服电机与机械传动相结合，包装袋成成形滚切过程中通过

PLC

控制，能使各执行机构能精确自动同步定位。

双膜卷自动送膜并调有走膜恒力张紧机构。为保证包装袋形平整美观，根据不同膜卷伸缩率不同的特点，特增设了走膜定值插补功能。本机还具有自动计数功能。

A high degree of automation. Machine can finish packing at one time from sachet making, filling, rotate cutting to outputting finished sachets.

High precision whole rolling type heat sealing rollers are adopted as sealing mould, four-sides sealing, and multi-lane sachet form. With high packing speed smooth bag shape, delicate and beautiful, packaging and high efficiency.

Fast and convenient to adjust. It can adjust the functions as forming sealing, transverse sealing, filling, finished sachets cutting etc through man-machine interface.

Accurate in measurement. Regarding to fine granule mixing material as iron powder and water-retaining agent, specially designed with double-lane push pull type feeding mechanism, matching with cylindrical measuring cups for measuring, easy to replacing.

Each actuating mechanism adopts servo motor together with mechanism driving, sachet forming and forming cutting is controlled by PLC. It makes each function in phase positioning precisely and automatic.

Two film automatic sending film, and with film sending constant force tensioning mechanism. To ensure packing smoothly and beautiful, we designed with film sending fixed value interpolation function according to different magnification ratio of different films. Machine automatic counting.

A PLC is adopted for automatic control, reliable performance, convenient to operate, and fully automatic.

Adaptability of the package film. The sealing temperature of machine  is with automatic control, and with high control accuracy (

). Suitable for most complex film packing film: such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE and so on.

Extra functions set up. For example, sachet cutting can choose dotted line knife, flat cutting knife or abnormal shape knife. According to the material properties, it can be extra equipped with feeding mouth lifting mechanism, and can choose different kinds of alarm requirement.
