YC-03喷雾造粒包衣一体机功能：
YC-03喷雾造粒包衣一体机可用于各种颗粒和微丸的混合、干燥、制粒和包衣功能。
YC-03喷雾造粒包衣一体机工作原理：
造粒原理：顶喷装置顶喷装置由锥形物料槽和扩展室组成，物料自下而上、自上而下形成流化运动，锥形的锅体内，物料往返而形成了喷泉状流化状态，喷枪喷液使物料均匀接触到浆液后先形成液桥，再形成固桥而造成大的颗粒。在扩展室顶部配置多个雾化头安装口，可用于在制粒及包衣过程中喷入雾化液体。
包衣原理：底喷装置是包衣技术的一次重要突破，使对小粒径物料的包衣成为可能。随着技术的发展，已经可以对小至
50 µm 的粉末进行包衣。底喷装置由锥形的锅体及导流筒组成，锅体底部采用双风道进风结构，以控制导流筒内外的气流状态。物料在导流筒内高速向上运动，进入扩展室后落入导流筒外，如此循环。喷雾头在导流筒中心自下向上雾化液滴，液滴均匀的在颗粒表面铺展，形成小块衣膜，在这一过程中，衣膜厚度稳定增加并干燥至包衣完成。
YC-03喷雾造粒包衣一体机技术特点：
1）操作方便：控制系统采用PLC自动控制，彩色触摸屏操作，实验过程中实验参数如进风温度，出风温度，物料温度，风机转速，喷雾压力等可以根据实验需要即时更改,方便用户使用；触摸屏带USB接口，数据可导出至U盘或在线打印；
2）运行稳定：设备核心组件如触摸屏，风机，加热器和控制系统均采用进口设备，保证了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性；
3）可更换不同容积的锅体，满足不同批量物料的实验需求；
4）进风口配备初、中、高效三级过滤，达到洁净区D级洁净要求；
5）雾化头可在线更换（更换只需一分钟就可完成，不需停机），保证实验工艺的调整和优化和连续性；
6）物料温度与进风温度联动反馈功能，以保证工艺的实现；
7）采用新型充气密封圈，简化操作并保证气密性；
8）采用新型反吹系统以有效提高造粒的得率；
9）为了满足用户在实验范围调节各项参数的要求，在温度控制的设计上采用实时调控PID恒温控制技术，使全温区控温准确，保证造粒包衣过程中温度稳定。
