工作原理

JRM型列管（板）换热式燃煤热风炉是一种以煤为燃料，以空气为介质的新型高效大功率加热设备。能连续提供恒温、无尘的热空气。空气换热部分采用耐高温的无缝钢(板)管制作，高温部分采用不锈钢无缝钢管（板）制作。烟气与加热空气呈十字方向运动，烟气纵向横刷换热管（板），进行剧烈的换热。采用负压吸式排烟方式，不易积灰。

1、系统热效率高达60%~75%，输出功率大。

2、操作方便、安全可靠。

3、输出热风温度较高，达280℃~ 350℃，如采用耐高温材料特殊制造，温度可达450~550℃。

4、使用寿命长，操作自动化。
