多用途全自动饼干生产线
从进料、三道压面、成型、筛糖、输送、废料、回收。烘烤、喷油、冷却等全部机电一体化自动完成。该系列生产线可根据用户的场地要求，以及饼干工艺的要求，任意组合，可直线排列，也可U型排列，通过改变模具及工艺配方可生产市场上的各种高档饼干，如奶油饼干、夹心饼干、苏打饼干、动物饼干、蔬菜饼干等。且加热方式多样化，有电力、燃气、导热油等，供客户随意选择。该设备
是由饼干成型机、隧道式热风循环电烤炉、喷油机、转弯机、冷却线、饼干整理机、饼干夹心机、包装台等组成。全线采用CPU模块控制，背挂式电机传动，结构紧凑，自动化程度高。
