蒸汽加热配料罐1
设备特点:
1.在线CIP清洗、SIP灭菌(121℃/0.1MPa)；2.按照卫生级要求设计适宜的径高比，结构设计人性化，操作方便；3.采用无级调速机进行调速搅拌，满足不同操作时段的搅拌要求，传动平稳，噪音低；4.夹套内设置螺旋式导流环，强化了传热过程，换热效率高，加
热(冷却)均匀，节能；5.夹套外的保温层填充耐高温、抗老化的珍珠棉保温，具有良好隔热保温效果；6.外饰面筒体外形美观、整洁；7.内罐体表面做镜面抛光处理(粗糙度Ra≤0.4µm)，各进出管口、视镜、人孔与内罐体焊接处均采用拉伸翻边工艺圆弧过渡，光滑易清洗*，保证生产过程的可靠性、稳定性，符合“cGMP”等规范要求。
设备附件配置：
快开式卫生人孔、窥视灯镜、温度计(表盘指针式)、呼吸器、CIP清洗器、搅拌转速显示仪、料液进出口、采样口(采样阀)、SIP灭菌口、液位传感器口、冷热媒进出口等接口。
Equipment features：
1. Online CIP cleaning, SIP sterilization (121℃/0.1MPa). 2. According to the hygiene level requirement to design suitable diameter ratio,structure design of humanistic and convenient in operation. 3. Adopt stepless speed regulation machine of speed mixing, meet different operation period of mixing requirements,smooth transmission, with low noise. 4. Clip set inside set screw diversion ring, strengthened the heat transfer process, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating and cooling, saving energy. 5. The thermal insulation layer of clip set outside fill of high temperature resistant, anti-aging pearl cotton to be insulated, with good heat insulation and preservation. 6. The appearance of outside facing cylinder body is beautiful and neat.7.Do processing of mirror polishing inside the tank surface(roughness Ra≤0.4µm),each access orifice, as a mirror, manhole and internal tank welding place adopts tensile flanging process arc transition, smooth, easy cleaning with no dead angle, ensure security and stability of the production process, accord with "cGMP" and the other specification requirements.

Quick open-die health manhole, peep lamp mirror, thermometer (dials pointer type), scuba, CIP cleaning device, stirring speed display, liquid materials of import and export, sampling mouth (sampling valves), SIP sterilization mouth, level sensor mouth, hot and cold media and interface (Pictures for reference only.).
